热管抑制煤自燃的降温效应分析

摘要: 为了有效扩散煤堆内部积聚的热量从而抑制煤火自燃灾害的出现,基于高效相变的热管深部移热技术实现自动快速转移煤自燃热量,采用实验的方法对比分析了所设计的热管插入煤堆前后煤层内部的降温效应,得到了煤层温度随热管插入间距、深度及角度分布和煤层蓄热量的变化规律,探讨了热管扩散煤堆自燃热量的降温冷却效应传递机理。结果表明所设计的热管可以自动连续实现有效扩散煤堆氧化所蓄存热量,有望利用热管的自动调温特性实现各煤层温度平衡,对于预防煤田自然发火具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Abstract: In order to diffuse the storage energy of the coal pile and suppress the disaster of the coal fire happen. Based on the extraction of coal spontaneous energy effectively with the heat pipe, it was got the rule of coal pile natural cooling and forced cooling by heat pipe inserted coal pile, and coal pile temperature distribution with heat pipe space, Depth and angle distribution. The experimental research result was shown heat pipe can implement effectively to diffuse the storage energy of the coal pile oxygenation, and thus prevent continuously coal fire spread. It was feasible to coal thermal energy reused
